i have had a go casino account for years,so has my husband, I was playing a free tourney and won 1200.00 placing 3rd . well it was all cash ....not bonus money! not a bonus with a play through Just a FREE TOURNAMENT !!!!
Well I played some more with my winnings and got it up to 1500.00 and decided to cash out. Ya I am sooooo happy, now we can stay in our house that we are a month behind in AND keep the electricity on too!!!! Life is finially looking up. I go to my account to check on the status of my check and low and behold Im denied access to my account! CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Well of course they come up with some lame excuse why they are closing my account stating that my husband and I used the same e-mail address. Well we are married and why should our friends and family have to send two sets of pictures or send the same information to two different e-mail addresses when we both enjoy talking to our friends together. We both didnt play that same tournament only one of us. Dont ever expect to win on these casinos it will only piss you off when you win and they won't pay. If it was so against the rules for us to use the same email address then why did they wait untill I won something to decide and close my account????? And leave my husbands open??
Oh I BET that they would disqualify him if he won for having the same house address as me. Any thing to cheese out of paying!!!! I wonder if #4 th place got my winnings and so on and so fourth..........NAAAAAA that would be the fair thing to do and obviously that is not the policy of GO CASINO CAN GO TO HELL!!!!! _________________

mercyful me and my boyfriend both have an account at go casino and i have cashout with no problems but we have different emails am pretty sure that it is stated in there rules about having different emails.alot of casinos will not allow for you to have 2 accounts on same computer go is one of the very few that does allow it.am sorry you didn't get paid but having 2 accounts and not making sure you were in good status with the casino, falls on your lap not the casino responibilty to check your account.It really sucks that this happened to you but i always read the term and conditions also contact support to make sure everything is good to go with having my boy friend with an account to.Your not the first person to make that mistake and am sure you won't be the last.so sorry _________________

I'm sorry to hear about your situation, but unfortunately the "multiple accounts" rule (i.e. same email, even often same home / address) are often things that casinos do not allow in their terms and conditions (particularly when there are free tournaments etc because potentially someone signs up every name in their house to give them an advantage) - I'm not suggesting this is what you personally have done - but it's the reason why many casinos do not allow it.
I am intrigued to know if you and your husband ever deposited at Go Casino because if this is the case, then I would expect they would be more lenient on their rules BUT whether or not that is the case, if they have let you play - it was against the Terms and Conditions you agreed to when you registered your account.
If you and your husband both have deposited then please send me a Private Message (PM) with your info and I will investigate with them.
Please do not post further regarding this until we've had more chance to look into this.
