In the chat room the other day we had some inquiries about when daylight savings time would be changing.

EUROPE
European Union and rest of Europe (except Iceland) - (time is UTC/GMT) 30-Oct
Russia no longer plans to use DST.
Belarus no longer plans to use DST.
Ukraine no longer plans to use DST.
