Emma the exact same thing here...soooo what I did was forward the email they sent me to support letting them know that the 9.00 freebie wasnt there...that was about 20 mins ago...so I'm sure they'll get back to me within the next 24 hrs...

Emma Davincis Gold is a reputable Casino and I'm sure they will get it sorted out as soon as they can....I have never heard anything negative in regards to ANY of the Rival Casinos....Hope that helps hun Wink

Just incase anyone has tried to claim the promo as I did and was unable to here is what Live chat just told me.

: I'm sorry at this time there's an issue with the promotional system. We would recommend to try again latter as at
this time no promotion can be claimed due to this issue.

ty mel....thought id been banned for to many freebies lol as it kept saying cannot be claimed i know why now...also when i tried to get to cashier it errored a few times probably something to do with problems they are having

hi guy's. i had the same problem. i went straight to live chat and melisa put the $9. in for me manually. i'd rather talk to someone than e-mail...it takes forever...lol. goodluck on yours everyone.

I just spoke with live support and they said that because of the problem they cannot even get in to do it manually. Hopefully they get it fixed soon.

The promotion isn't even there for me to claim today
It has been removed and live support were closed when I logged in so couldn't ask why.
Anyone else had it removed?

Mel my mom is having the same problem with all the Rival casinos that she recieved emails from for freebies...It might be because its the weekend and perhaps they want depositing players not freebie ones Rolling Eyes
