Just thought i'd mention, i won with the free chip and now only have to wait 10 business days for the withdrawal to be processed. I thought the chat operator was telling porkie pies when she said it, but checked the website and there it was quite clearly stated at the bottom of the terms and conditions:

I'm not knocking free money, but if you deposit your money which is instant and then have to wait up to two weeks for your money to be withdrawn is a bit much.

They don't hold your deposits in limbo for 10 business days just incase you want to change your mind do they?
