Hi guys,
I am new here and to whole casino industry.
As far as I know online gambling is banned in the USA but there are many online casinos that allow to play for US players. Are they doing something illegal or is it OK as long as casino is not registered at USA?

Hi,

Kasinas you asked a doosey of a question..lol..

It used to be the State that governed Online Gambling and then the Federal Government passed a bill banning all Online Gambling in all states..

Americans were doing NOTHING illegal spending their hard earned money they way they chose..Since the Feds don't get taxes on the monies won they banned it..

Crazy & Stupid..I know..The US Government should just tax monies won and let everyone gamble online if that's what they choose to do..

It's a touchy situation that has American online gamblers furious..

If the Casinos are NOT registered in the USA it should be ok..but some have chosen NOT to accept players from the USA for fear of a backlash..

Hope I answered this correctly..If anyone else wants to put their 2 cents in please do..

SC Smile

Hi,

Kasinas as far as I know some may but it's the casinos who choose to accept them or not..actually I stand corrected..it's the gaming software companies that choose..ie: playtech, microgaming etc..

It's a bloody mess Rolling Eyes
