I got the same e-mail - ZILCH!

I would also be skeptical that the only means of contact is via email. A sure sign of a casino on its way of packing it is when support is almost non-existent and nearly impossible to reach.

I've sent multiple messages regarding this promo. I still have not heard back from them. Yet when I sent an email requesting my username - I received a reply within 1/2 hour with my information. Go figure.
