Wed Sep 19, 2007 10:08 pm Be Careful With Atlantic Lounge
It appears that Atlantic Lounge hasn't paid it's customers in the last 10 business days. This was told to me by customer service. They have assured me that I will be paid, but they don't know when. It seems that the owner, Jamie, is not answering emails, returning phone calls or approving payments.
I submitted identity documents (and this took 3 days for them to "recieve" them and approve them).
They were approved on Sept 6th and I was allowed to withdraw. As of today, Sept 19th, money is still a pending withdraw and has not been processed. Customer service will not give me any time frame as to when I can expect my money.
I also read on an Afffiliate Web Site, that Atlantic Lounge has not paid their affiliates any commissions since August. http://www.casinoaffiliateprograms.com/bb/august-commissions.22505.html?
I still haven't been paid....the customer service tells me that they have no idea if and when I will be paid....the owner of casino is awol. Another affiliate website has labled Atlantic Lounge as rogue (Casinomeister).
Do these casinos carry insurance so that atleast players who have lost money there get paid?
I really can't believe this

Yea some of these casinos are getting really shady. They have so many rules and regulations that they can pretty much say anything not to pay people. Good luck _________________
