Well, I've about given up on this one. Idid exactly as you described(several times), I even downloaded their casino client software and did it there also. Heres what happens. I punch in the code LUCK2010, then click on the confirm box, and a popup box comes up and says that I have already activated this coupon. It did that the very first time I tried to claim it!? I tried contacting support, but they werent much help. So now all I have left is that maybe one of you crushers out there can help me. Thanks!

Heres an update for all that are interested. I tried going to live chat with this and I kept losing the connection- like 4 times- and after thje last time when I tried to reconnect it said l;ive chat was down and to leave a message and they would get back to me. Like I said earlier- this one is almost not worth the effort.

I am sorry that you had such problems bhaaker, I'm not sure what you should do. Did you try to email support or is there a phone # to call? After I claimed my bonus, I logged out and then back in and the funds were there for me.

I truly hope that others are not having the same sort of problems. I feel bad when I post a promotion that don't work out.

great post gloria, if you have claimed a free chip before you cannot claim another. i tried to claim it because it said for everyone but live chat said no i could not claim it due to claiming the first free chip.

I had no problems, I am waiting on a withdraw now, had to send in my verification onformation, however, I have deposited before her, wih no win though until now, I am with drawing 97.10 I played for days, I knew when to quit when I was loosing and then I went back in the next day and kept my winnings up, and all of a sudden a pop up came in and said I was converted to real money and I could withdraw 07.10, so I played for a little longer and was still winng, then I decided I better cash out. waiting now for the withdraw to my deposit method. Will let every one know if I get it. Chat said there will be no problems getting it it will take a few days to verify my crdintials I sent, then after that it will be instant. I also aske if they require me to deposit again to get it they said no. Woo Hoo in the money, in the money.
