Well this is my understanding josie...

Ecocard charges $10 to withdraw to your bank account.
The bank they uses charges $10 to receive it and $10 to send it to YOUR bank. Then your bank might also charge $10 to receive it. So expect any withdrawal to your bank account to run about $40 in fees. Then it takes about a week to get it into your bank account.

Neteller it isn't but that's they way it goes for now.

yes i know eco card is not the good option as i thought. kinda disapointed in ecocard, unless you have a big withdraw and send it to your bank account its not worth it.....too many fees involved....

Just to let you know why the May contests are not out yet .... yes they are done lol but Geno is on his way to Amsterdam and he needs to reset the points and also approve some of the contests. It will be probably tomorrow or possibly later today when that's done, then we can start the new month. WooHoooo

Dear Crushers,

I'm very sorry that unfortunately due to circumstances beyond our control, we will not be able to make ANY further prize payments (for prizes won this month or those already pending payment) most likely until some time early next month.

The main issue at the moment is some regulatory things that are happening with the CC bank accounts - nothing to worry about - just something that happens from time to time - mainly accounting / audit purposes.

I am advised that this may take anything from 2 to 6 weeks (I was advised of this approximately 2 weeks ago), and was hopeful it might be completed now but it would appear not.

The current estimate is that things should be completed in another 2 weeks. We will still be holding contests with prizes but the processing time for making the payments will obviously be longer than usual for the time being.

My apologies to all of you for the disappointment and inconvenience this causes, but please be assured we are doing all we can to have everything back to some state of normality asap.
