Actually ok, I've found it but well, I have no idea how I would be able to fund it - I don't live in the USA and if you are right about Paypal not being able to fund - it would mean I have no way either I would think..
Of course I'm willing to try but well, at the moment I'm feeling that Paypal and MoneyBookers, although not ideal are a pretty good option.
Hopefully (and I did read some encouraging news recently about a bill that Frank/Paul are putting in to get rid of the UIGEA - there's a lot more to it than that and I hope to be able to publish a copy of it or link to it in the recent CAP magazine I received (CasinoAffiliatePrograms.Com) - they should have it available online soon. Don't get your hopes up too quick though - I'm sure it will take a lot longer to take out than it took to put in.
If I get chance later today, I'll try and scan it and post it ..
ok thank you very much geno. Funding netspend is rather easy most of the time. You can use direct deposit, western union, or a reload location. I also have my moneybookers account linked to my netspend. So it can be funded that way also. It just take a day or 2. _________________

I think you have to have a verified bank account for them to transfer to Netspend.
I had one and could transfer funds from Paypal to Netspend but when I cancelled the bank account I no longer can transfer to my Netspend account because it isn't a "real bank" even though it is listed as one. You have to have a real bank account registered and verified and registered as your bank of choice first.
