Oh no, and I was just getting ready to convert $70 (5000 points). Is it because they cancelled it, or because of all the problems?
I have been very satified with the conversions. In matter of fact the first time they were so fast, I thought it was another type of bonus.
I hope you bring it back soon.
Maybe you should change the terms from 48 hours to credit the account to maybe 72 hours, that should give it more time to work it out before they start posting, after all it's free money, and they wasn't able to get it anywhere else.
Another thing that might help is only allowing one reply every other day. I mean once they send a pm asking about the bonus, they would have to wait another 48 hours before inquiring again. Because when you think about it, if they haven't gotten it within 48 hours, then chances are that it needs to be researched and therefore take another 48 hours.
That should help cut down on the high volume of emails, pm's, etc.
I sure was looking forward to the conversion.

Unfortunately we took a decision to remove it due to constant chases from a few players when it was a little late, which I'm sorry to say spoiled it for everyone.
We hope to try and bring it back in the future with a longer time frame for processing, if they'll be so kind to do it for us again, but we'll have to see.

I put in to redeem 2500 cc points at NYCasino - it was successfully processed, but I am yet to receive anything. No one on the helpdesk knew anything about it. This was just at the end of february, begining of march. Any thoughts?
