Well this is a little difficult for me as:
1. Not young anymore
2. Not a big drinker
3. Don't go to many parties
YOu could play spoons
YOu need 1 less spoon than people
Deck of cards
Paper and pencil
The spoons are lined up in the middle of the table
You pass out 5 cards to each player
In turn each player picks up a card. Then passes a card to the player on his left.
This continues till some one gets a good hand ( It never makes it that far)
The idea is to fool the others and grab a spoon. When one person reaches for a spoon everyone tries to grab a spoon.
The one that doesn't get a spoon gets the first letter of the word SPOON
As players spell the word they are eliminated and a spoon is removed
This can be quite loud and dangerous. Especially if some one has long nails.

What's this about age, Josie? I happen to love croquet too!!! (And now the schoolteacher in me says "Now she knows how to spell it!". (Watch my spelling be wrong. LOL)

I was actually thinking, especially if it was an outdoor party game with all couples present, the game of hide and seek -- and especially if there were places to hide "in the bushes".

hmmm.... how about twister? or there's this game where you ask each other questions and the person who answers HAS to end the answer with the word sausages.... and has to drink if they laugh. It sounds a lil' weird but it's hilarious when everyones drunken.
