I deposited a whopping $11.03 at America's Card Room using Coinbase 9 hours ago and never received credit. I have contacted America's Card Room about 8 times since then to get my funds credited or preferably now refunded. The people there just clown me. They admit they received my funds but provide no resolution to my never receiving credit for the transfer. Below is their response 80 percent of the time with the other 20 percent of responses stating they will get back to me in due course. I tried to get the transaction stopped through Coinbase but once the transaction is complete, there is nothing that Coinbase can do. I don't understand why America's Card Room would jeopardize their reputation over $11 or do they already have a lousy reputation and it's shame on me?

I'm sorry to hear you're having problems.
Can you please tell me -- was this your first deposit to America's Card Room?
If so, it might be that it goes into another area / account that you may need to transfer to be able to play with. I'm sorry I'm not sure as I don't have an account at America's Card Room.
