anyone, please help.
on 3/2/17 i redeemed cc points for Everygame, and i still have not been credited. yesterday, i checked the forum for details on chasin a cc points redeem. i found (2) separate post. on the cc points redeem page ,if you click "redeem history & status updated, it says " if you wish to chase up redeem claims send pm to crushadmin after (5) days since claim has passed.
but at the bottom of the cc points redemption page it says "chaseup after 24 hours.
i sent crushadmin (2) pm's and i got no response or credit.
how long does it usually take to credit cc points? _________________

Am not real sure on that but Geno will get back to you soon. He's got a lot on his plate this month with his wife gonna give birth to twins any day. Just sit tight and he will get back with you. Good Luck _________________

Dear elcandybaby7,
Over the 9 years almost since these offers became available we've had very very few problems with delays but unfortunately they do sometimes occur.
The 24 hours referred to in the Redeem area was 24 hours ON TOP OF what is written in the forum topic (link below) .... i.e. it said generally within 48 hours (2 days) (so for Everygame you need to wait 3 full days before chasing up).
I have updated both the Redeem Area AND the Everygame Redeems topic to show this in WORKING DAYS (i.e. Monday thru Friday generally) as the guys that deal with Redeems only work Monday to Friday. Hopefully this is clearer now
elcandybaby7, as I have noticed there has been no update on your claim - I have contacted them with all the necessary details and I'm sure that you will hear within 24 hours of this post. Please note that the Everygame team are based in Europe and the people that deal with redeems work office hours .... so it will not be seen to before at least 12 hours after this post I would think -- but I'm sure within 24 hours.
Of course, if you don't hear anything back 24 hours after this post - let me know and I will continue to chase it - although I'm sure it will be sorted by then

PLEASE NOTE EVERYONE - THAT TERMS HAVE NOT CHANGED ON THESE DEALS IN YEARS -- HOWEVER I HAVE MADE THEM A BIT CLEARER FOR FUTURE CLAIMS --- FOR EVERYONE
