Hi Nono, I'm sorry to hear you had problems getting your MC or VISA to work with UPayCard.

When I did mine, they debited my account (less than a dollar) and all I needed to do was tell them the exact amount. My Visa from my bank and MC from Paypal are both debit cards ...

It took me less than 5 minutes to get my account set up. You may want to try it again or they do have live chat Monday thru Friday, they are in Europe so their hours are from 5 am to 2 pm. (not completely sure on my accuracy on the time but I'm close lol)

Also I did order their Mastercard Debit Card and was told it would take 2-6 weeks. I got it within a week. I think the charge for it was $9.95. If you do have a cash out at a casino like Casino Extreme, they can process a withdrawal to your card and you can go to an ATM and withdraw it. yayyy

Please let me know if you still have problems after trying again.

you can use your visa card at casino extreme just go to live help and ask them to send you a faxback forum and they should approve you for deposits with visa card.

OC where it asked to verify amount of debit it said error and I couldn't enter anything. Will try to catch their live chat, tried their phone number and got message "your call can not be completed as dialed..... Double checked the number but still not good Sad

Support sounds like the best way to go.

Please let me know what you find out ... just incase someone else runs into that problem.
