Seems like support is mostly not supporting. Tried 3 times today waited around 20 minutes and nothing. Is it just me or are they slow with everyone?

I tried live support too, 3 times, waited 10 to 15 minutes each time and never got anyone. I'll try again this morning.

Forget it, the promo isn't there, it's a deposit promo now. I don't think it's very cool to offer a promo for 1 day and chat not be available to redeem it.
