Thanks for the post, i didn't find a welcome back chip, but i did find a free birthday chip for $50, i checked with support to see if they will pay out if i won with it and the woman said they would. I won the maximum of $500 and made the playthrough, so now im waiting to see if they pay out on it, im not holding my breath though.

well thats the thing Shirls, my birthday was back in early October and i would have never have known i had anything if it wasn't for this post.

Besides that, i also checked my history at Club World and i claimed 4 free chips before i claimed the birthday bonus and they still paid out. Amazing.
