I just got mine today, and I usually get it credited pretty quick but it's been over 3 hours and I still haven't gotten credited. I emailed them, so hopefully it is soon because I cannot wait to play some NEW GAMES!!

hi, i claimed the promo at jackpot factory earlier today. i decided to follow up on the status of my claim. the lady helping me is unfamiliar with the promo so she asked if i could provide her with the following:

If you would not mind to send to us a copy of the email that you received or at least the 4 digit PID promotion reference, I will be more than happy to assist you if your repeated claim was unsuccessful.

does anyone know the what the 4 digit pid is? and if so would you mind sharing it with me? i would be so grateful.
